The Road Flare is a piece of equipment that can be used to create a bright red light for approximately 5 minutes. They are commonly found in civilian and rural loot piles.
Usage[]
Road flares can be lit by performing an action in your inventory. After it is lit it cannot be picked up or moved, it has to burn out. They can be used to attract players, or as a distress signal. It emits a bright red light.
Notes[]
- Flares can not attract zombies. They can, however, attract players.
- If you see a lit road flare it is a sign that a player was recently there.
- A flare's light has a radius of 40 studs.
